What is your MOQ?

Usually, our MOQ is 3,000 pcs. For our stock bottles, 500 pcs are also available. Any question please feel free to send us inquiry.

Can I get samples?

Of course. We usually provide an existing sample for free. If customized sample, sample cost will be deducted from the amount once official order placed.

How long is the lead time of the samples?

For existing samples, it takes 2-3 days. They are free. If you want your own design, it takes 5-7 days, subject to your designs whether they need new printing screen, etc.

How long is the production lead time?

It takes 30 days for MOQ. We have large production capacity, which can ensure fast delivery time even for large quantity.

What format of the file do you need if I want my own design?

We have our own graphic designers. PNG, EPS, AI or PDF are all ok. We will make effect drawing for your final confirmation.

Can I have my own designed color box and private shipping label?

Yes, we will send our die cut drawing to you for your color box design. For the shipping label, please send us in vector file (AI format).

What is your payment term?

Usually will be 30% deposit, and balance payment before shipment.

Which kinds of certificate would you have?

BSCI, FDA, LFGB, REACH, etc.
